You can choose to receive your tickets via email or physical mail. E-tickets will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout while physical tickets will be mailed to the address you provided.
If you lose your tickets, please contact HHL immediately. We will work with you to try to locate your tickets or provide you with a replacement.
Yes, you can sell your tickets to someone else. However, please note that tickets purchased from HHL are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for a different event.
